We are seeking an energetic, entrepreneurial-minded and self-motivated Individual to join our team. Reporting to the CEO and Founder, this position will play a diversified, hands-on and revenue-driven role to contribute to the growth of the business. About the Role
- Build the commercial plan on assigned territories
- Selling online & traditional advertising spaces across all of Destination Deluxe’s media channels
- Working closely with the editorial team to successfully manage and execute advertising campaigns from beginning to end
- Understand clients’ requirements, brief the creative and strategic planning teams and pitch creative marketing strategies to clients
- Manage existing clients and propose ways to develop collaborations
- Negotiate and maintain contractual terms with company guidelines
- Lead billing and collection in liaison with the Finance and Operations Head
- Manage advertising campaigns, build proposals and customize ideas for clients
- Propose and implement specific marketing activities with key customers to stimulate brand awareness and/or sales performance (within allocated budget)
- Support the company promotion and marketing efforts, including and not limited to events and exhibitions
- Know the market (size, profile, future potential etc.)
- Produce comprehensive monthly reporting to management
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in account servicing, business development and project management experience; particularly in travel, wellness, and beauty publishing fields or digital media
- Familiar or maintaining an active clientele in the wellness, travel and beauty industries is an advantage
- High proficiency in both written and spoken English, any other language is an advantage
- Strong negotiation & PR skills with excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally
- Confident, aggressive, outgoing & pleasant
- Experience of successful project management and relationships made with high-level clients
